This position requires previous aircraft loadmaster experience with a minimum of 2,500 flying hours in heavy cargo airplanes. The role involves inspecting and documenting hazardous materials for air shipment, providing certification, and demonstrating expertise in weight and balance. The loadmaster must be able to work effectively in an unsupervised environment, lift up to 70 pounds, travel on company airplanes, and withstand outdoor/adverse working conditions such as noise, fumes, and extreme temperatures. The ability to work within a team, maintain high personal and professional standards, and perform extensive, worldwide travel on a random basis is essential.
