About The Position

The Loader supports the manufacturing process by efficiently loading and unloading materials and products from trucks and containers. The role helps maintain production flow and facility efficiency while following safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and materials. Accurate handling of goods contributes to timely delivery of high-quality products. The posting seeks associates for first- and second-shift work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other loading equipment.
• Attention to detail when inspecting loads and ensuring accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting issues to supervisors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations to help maintain a safe working environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to operate additional machinery such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other loading equipment to move materials and products.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and placement.
• Inspect loads for accuracy and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
