About The Position

Meadow Gold Dairy is hiring a fast-paced and motivated Loader Operator. The role involves picking, pulling, and building orders; palletizing products; loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery; and working at any assigned station or line. Warehouse operators safely operate material-handling equipment and machinery in warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environments.

The position includes maintaining accurate records and performing quality checks as needed, assisting with changes and operating procedures, keeping the work area clean according to guidelines, following safety policies, and performing other assigned duties. The listed duties describe the general nature and level of the work and are not exhaustive.

The schedule is Sunday 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.; Wednesday and Thursday 3:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; and Friday 3:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Regular days off are Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Starting pay is $25.05 per hour, increasing to $27.83 after a 90-day probation period, with an additional $0.50 per hour for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.
• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to write legible entries for record keeping.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
