About The Position

ConGlobal is hiring a Loader/Unloader for its terminal operations in Richmond, California. In this role, you will help move vehicles through the terminal by safely driving them onto and off railcars and parking them in designated areas for inventory checks, processing, and quality control. You will conduct basic visual inspections, report damage or quality concerns, and coordinate with team members and supervisors to keep vehicle movements timely and safe. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather, climbing ladders and stairs on and off railcars, and lifting up to 40 pounds overhead while standing.

The position is full-time with immediate hiring and paid training. The schedule begins at 5:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m., five days per week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required. A valid driver’s license is required. Starting pay is $24.04 per hour. Candidates must pass pre-employment background verification, physical, and drug screening. Requirements
