About The Position
The Loader/Unloader supports operations on an automated powder coating line. This hands-on, entry-level position involves loading and unloading metal products, monitoring equipment, and preparing finished products for shipment. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, for 50 hours per week.
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift and handle metal products.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal products onto a moving conveyor.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist with operating presses, brakes, benders, and manual welding equipment as needed.
- Band, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
