About The Position

ConGlobal is hiring a Car Loader/Unloader for its terminal operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves driving vehicles safely onto and off railcars and parking them in designated areas for inventory checks, processing, and quality control. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures to support efficient operations and protect cargo. The posting identifies the role as full-time, with a 7:00 AM start time, five workdays per week, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required. A valid driver’s license is required. Starting pay is $21.37 per hour.

The work includes outdoor activity in varying weather, lifting up to 40 pounds overhead while standing, and climbing ladders and stairs on and off railcars. Manual transmission experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must pass pre-employment background verification and drug screening.

Requirements
