About The Position

The Loader/Unloader (Crating) fabricates wooden crates for shipping, performs job cleanups, and prepares small-job parts and orders. The role loads windows and accessories and ensures products are packaged safely to minimize the possibility of damage. It also involves completing accurate shipping documents and assisting with trailer loading once crating duties are complete. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under time constraints.
• Effective communication skills with peers and management.
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wooden crates for shipping.
• Perform job cleanups and prepare parts and orders for small jobs.
• Load windows and accessories.
• Package products safely within crates to minimize the possibility of damage.
• Complete shipping documents accurately.
• Assist in loading trailers when crating duties are complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
