Loader Operator - Gillette Ready Mix
About The Position
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Loader Operator for its Gillette Ready Mix operations. The operator helps ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality products by feeding the plant with materials, loading materials for customers, and supporting ready-mix and precast concrete production goals. The role also involves basic preventive maintenance, minor equipment repairs, plant cleanup, and general labor as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends required and an average of 50–60 hours per week. Starting wages are based on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to operate mobile machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to perform plant cleanup, general labor, and assist other team members as needed.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Dependability, honesty, and readiness to work safely every day.
Responsibilities
