About The Position

The Ready Mix Driver safely operates a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites. The role includes daily vehicle inspections, communicating with dispatch and customers, maintaining accurate delivery records, and following safety and environmental regulations and company policies. Work takes place primarily around moving mechanical equipment and may involve inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.

Successful candidates must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; age verification is required as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Demonstrated reliability and teamwork.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; verification of age is required.
• Must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Responsibilities
