About The Position

The Loader Operator safely operates front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move and stockpile materials, and efficiently loads customer and internal trucks while maintaining product quality standards. The role includes conducting pre-operational inspections, reporting equipment maintenance needs, keeping work areas safe and organized, and supporting plant operations through production, inventory management, and other assigned tasks. The position is based primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment and exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise. Candidates must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production, construction, mining, or industrial environment.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following established procedures.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and communicate equipment concerns.
Dependable work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks and work independently when needed.
