About The Position

Fenix Parts is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to support daily yard and production operations. The position involves safely operating loaders and other assigned equipment, as well as performing hands-on, ground-level work throughout the shift. Duties include material handling, yard organization and cleanup, moving vehicles and parts, and assisting other operational areas as needed. Operators frequently enter and exit equipment to complete ground-level tasks and must follow safety procedures around vehicles, heavy equipment, and active production areas. Other general labor and yard duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Automotive background and heavy equipment experience.
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience, general maintenance experience, and an understanding of mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds continuously throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate loaders and other assigned equipment to support daily yard and production operations.
• Move, sort, stage, and organize vehicles, parts, materials, and scrap.
• Perform general yard cleanup and housekeeping, including debris removal and maintaining safe, clear work areas.
• Assist yard and production employees with physical tasks as operational needs require.
• Enter and exit equipment frequently throughout the shift to perform ground-level duties.
• Follow safety procedures while working around vehicles, heavy equipment, and active production areas.
• Perform other general labor and yard duties as assigned.
