About The Position

MAPEI Corporation is hiring a Production Operator - General Labor to support manufacturing operations for construction chemicals and building materials. The position may involve work as a General Production Labor Helper, Picker/Packer, Labeler, or Bucket Stacker. The operator performs essential production tasks that support safety, efficiency, precision, quality, and reliability.

Requirements

Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
Manufacturing or process experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility for overtime and shift hours.

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks to support manufacturing operations.
Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
Sort, place, and identify materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
Clean and organize production cells, material storage areas, and equipment.
Operate forklifts where applicable.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform additional duties as required.
