About The Position

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. As a Production Operator - General Labor, you may work as a General Production Labor Helper, Picker/Packer, Labeler, or Bucket Stacker. You will support production areas with essential tasks that help ensure safety, efficiency, precision, quality, and reliability.

The base hourly pay rate is $20.00, based on experience. A shift differential of $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift applies where applicable.

Requirements

• Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
• Manufacturing or process experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime and shift hours.

• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support manufacturing operations.
• Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
• Sort, place, and identify materials and products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Clean and organize production cells, material storage areas, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts where applicable.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as required.
