About The Position

The Production Operator - General Labor supports various production areas through essential tasks that promote safety, efficiency, and precision. Roles may include General Production Labor Helper, Picker/Packer, Labeler, or Bucket Stacker. The position pays $19.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. Additional shift differentials may apply: $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift.

Requirements

Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
Manufacturing or process experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work overtime and shift hours.

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks in support of manufacturing operations.
Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
Sort, place, and identify materials and products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
Clean and organize production cells, material storage areas, and equipment.
Operate forklifts where applicable.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform additional duties as required.
