About The Position

Thousands of real players watch and interact with our hosts every single day from their phones and computers. This role is part performance, part professionalism, where you'll sit at a lit studio table, welcome players via live stream, deal cards or spin a roulette wheel, announce winners, and keep the energy going - every shift, on camera. We train you on everything from day one.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must qualify for a CT gaming license (we'll guide you through the process and cover the cost)
Must pass a pre-employment background check
On-camera professional appearance standards apply — full guidelines provided during onboarding
Must be able to read and speak English
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
Ability to work a full time schedule
Ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
