On-Camera Game Host — Up to $27/hr + Full Benefits Fairfield, CT Studio
About The Position
We are looking for natural on-camera talent who are confident, warm, and sharp to host live games and interact with players in real time. The role involves hosting games like blackjack, roulette, and other fan favorites, interacting with live player chat, and maintaining professionalism and energy throughout the shift. Comprehensive training on all games will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality and presence, be able to stay professional under pressure, and be interested in a full-time career in a growing industry. The company actively hires individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and walks of life.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Eligible to obtain a CT gaming license (provided and paid by Evolution).
- Must pass a clear pre-employment background check.
- Must have a professional on-camera appearance (detailed guidelines provided at time of hire).
- Must read and speak English fluently.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
- Ability to use both hands and arms repeatedly.
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities.
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away.
- Ability to communicate verbally to players.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to present on camera continuously under studio lighting.
- Ability to wear 2”+ heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time (for Game Show Hosts).
