About The Position

We're looking for people who are natural on camera — confident, warm, and sharp. The kind of person who can run a live game, chat with players in real time, and make every hand feel like an event. You'll be trained on every game we run. All we need from you on day one is your personality. A shift involves taking your seat at a beautifully lit broadcast table, going live to thousands of online players, hosting games like blackjack, roulette, and other fan favorites, interacting with the live player chat, and keeping things moving with professionalism and energy. Every shift is a live performance — with a paycheck to match.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Available for flexible scheduling — evenings, weekends, and holidays
Eligible to obtain a CT gaming license (provided and paid by Evolution)
Clear pre-employment background check
Professional on-camera appearance — detailed guidelines provided at time of hire
Must read and speak English fluently
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to work a full time schedule

Responsibilities

Host games like blackjack, roulette, and other fan favorites.
Interact with live player chat.

Present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear.
Wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
