About The Position

Favored is seeking a Live Partnerships Coordinator to support their live commerce team. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating internal and external partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of live programming, including launches, special events, and daily shows. The coordinator will act as a central point of contact between producers, brands, hosts, and leadership, maintaining alignment and progress. This position requires an on-site presence to manage productions and assist hosts and brand partners.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, client-facing coordination, or account management, ideally within a fast-paced production, e-commerce, or brand environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously, keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned without dropping the ball.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive by nature: anticipate needs, flag issues early, and don't wait to be told what's next.
  • Clear, confident communicator comfortable interfacing with everyone from brand executives to Favored senior leadership.
  • High ownership mentality with a track record of managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay composed when priorities shift.
  • Genuine interest in the social and creator commerce space, especially live shopping.

Nice To Haves

  • TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.
  • Interest in or knowledge of beauty and cosmetics brands is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day deliverables and internal deadlines across launches, daily shows, special event shows, live pop-ups, and new product campaigns.
  • Take meeting notes and assign action items to responsible parties across the live team.
  • Schedule and run agendas for weekly team meetings.
  • Ensure brand client feedback is documented, organized, and accurately maintained.
  • Ensure timely replies to client inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to any day-of live show communications.
  • Manage creator relationships for guest live hosts, send contracts, share day-of logistics, communicate video hooks and concepts, and manage delivery of promotional videos to the brand in advance.
  • Be present in office to assist hosts, guests, and brand partner clients as needed.
  • Ensure product inventory is accounted for and available as needed for all live shows and events.

Benefits

  • Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
