About The Position

We're looking for a driven Partnerships Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team at Transparent Labs. In this role, you'll own part of our creator program end-to-end. From identifying new talent to managing daily relationships, while contributing to broader campaign and athlete communication initiatives. The Partnerships team operates in a fast-paced environment where organization, creativity, ownership, and execution are critical to success. We move quickly, solve problems independently, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We're looking for a driven Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team at Transparent Labs. In this role, you'll take part in the ownership of our partnerships program from recruitment through ongoing relationship management, while supporting broader athlete communications, campaigns, and product launches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, enjoys building and retaining relationships, and can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in creator marketing, creator relations, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships
• Familiarity with the health, fitness, wellness, or supplement industry
• Experience using partnership and project management platforms such as Grin, Aspire, Social Snowball, Notion, or Asana
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating partner-facing briefs, campaigns, or marketing materials
• Experience managing large volumes of creator relationships while maintaining a personalized approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage our creator partnership program day-to-day, serving as the primary point of contact for creators
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard up-and-coming creators aligned with Transparent Labs' brand values and target audience
• Execute onboarding processes, including partner education, agreements, platform setup, and relationship development
• Support the creation and distribution of monthly athlete briefs, campaign assets, and communication materials
• Assist with product launch planning and execution in partnership alongside the broader Partnerships team
• Maintain ongoing communication with athletes and creators to keep partners informed, engaged, and aligned with brand initiatives
• Track campaign deliverables across active partnerships and proactively address gaps or delays
• Monitor creator content to ensure quality, brand alignment, compliance, and timely execution
• Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor and manage paid ad initiatives with content creators
