Live-in DSP (Family Model)
About The Position
AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking a Family Model Professional (FMP) to provide non-medical, in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Middle Tennessee. The caregiver lives in their home and provides a safe, supportive family environment for individuals who cannot remain in their own homes or prefer not to live in a facility. Requirements
- Must live in Middle Tennessee.
- In-home caregiving experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
