About The Position
AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking a Family Model Professional to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Middle Tennessee. The role provides a safe, private home environment for individuals who cannot stay at home or choose not to live in a facility, helping them become more independent, learn new skills, feel safe, and become part of a family. Living in Middle Tennessee and providing caregiving in your home are required. The position offers an independent work environment, support from a caring team, and monthly recognition, rewards, and incentives. Pay depends on the needs of the individuals served and may start at $2,300 per month, described as tax-free income. Requirements
- Must live in Middle Tennessee.
- Must provide caregiving in the caregiver's home.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide medication and appointment reminders.
- Assist with grooming and bathing.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues.
- Shop for groceries and run errands.
- Provide transportation services.
- Provide safety supervision.
- Provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
