About The Position
Visiting Angels is urgently looking for caring, dependable live-in caregivers in Cheltenham Township, PA. We are seeking compassionate individuals who enjoy helping seniors feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping seniors.
- A recent, accepted TB test.
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Nice To Haves
- Previous CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience preferred.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance for positions where these are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a comfortable home.
- Support clients with daily activities and personal needs.
- Follow each client’s care plan and report changes in their condition to the office.
- Help clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.
