Requirements

Must provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history.
Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times will not be accepted.
Rehires are accepted after 180 days, but Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.

Responsibilities

Hanging live birds on conveyor shackles at a rate of 24 birds per minute.
Working in a dark and dusty environment in the Live Hang area.
Performing a fast-paced job that requires hanging heavy chickens.
Working in a live bird area department.
Tolerating motion and working on a fast-moving processing line.
Working on a stand that is two (2) feet above floor level.
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
Lifting, with weight depending on the specific area.
