About The Position

Tyson Foods Inc. is now accepting applications for its live bird hang positions. Come and join the biggest protein producer in the world. Willingness to work in the live processing area in any available shift. Requirements

Provide government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history.
Must be able to tolerate motion and work on a fast-moving processing line.
Must be able to work on a stand that is two (2) feet above floor level.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to perform lifting in many areas (weight depends on area).

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Hanging live birds on conveyer shackles at a rate of 24 birds per minute.
Working in a dark and very dusty environment as the birds come straight from the farm to our hanging pen.
Working in a fast-paced job that requires hanging heavy chickens.
Working in a live bird area department.
Tolerating motion and working on a fast-moving processing line.
Working on a stand that is two (2) feet above floor level.
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
Lifting in many areas (weight depends on area).
