Requirements
- Between 0 and 25 years of legal experience, specific to role requirements.
- Proven track record in relevant practice areas such as litigation, personal injury, wills & estates, or general liability.
- Comfortable with varying work models, including on-site, hybrid, or remote, depending on the role.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- For partner-track roles, potential or demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a book of business.
- State Bar admission required for US roles; relevant legal accreditation for Australia roles.
- Transferable client base of $300K-$500K+ for the Of Counsel role.
- 2+ years of personal injury experience for the Senior Attorney role in Seattle.
