Requirements

2-8+ years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas
Demonstrate superior communication and legal research skills
Capable of autonomously managing a case docket from day one
Hold an active bar admission in the state of the role’s location
Exhibit a strong desire for career growth and partnership potential
Proven litigation experience in insurance defense, personal injury, warranty, or medical malpractice
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to handle significant responsibility and manage a caseload effectively
Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
Commitment to professional excellence and teamwork
State Bar Admission Required (CA Bar for California roles)
3-4 years of experience preferred for the Houston role
5-None YOE for the California Warranty Attorney role
8-None YOE for the San Diego Senior Litigation Attorney role
2-7 YOE for the Concord, NH Med Mal Defense role
