Requirements

Between 2-8 years of experience in litigation (paralegal or attorney).
Strong interest in complex legal issues, whether in plaintiff securities, defense, or commercial litigation.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and demanding legal environment.
Reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the listed metropolitan areas.
Proven track record of contributing to or managing significant legal matters.
Experience with complex litigation procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

Becoming a core contributor to significant securities class action matters, helping to establish the factual underpinnings of intricate legal scenarios for a prominent plaintiff securities litigation practice.
Managing high-exposure personal injury defense matters, including transportation accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
Engaging in high-stakes legal matters for leading clients within an expanding Complex Litigation + Advisement Practice Group, gaining significant substantive responsibility early in your career.
Representing financial services clients within a distinguished Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation, and Investigations division.
