About The Position

This role will involve defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with a focus on the aviation and transportation industry sectors. The team handles large, challenging matters for blue-chip companies worldwide and is committed to excellent client service, critical thinking, collegiality, and mentorship. This posting is open to all US offices.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience.
- Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
- Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial.
- Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
- Superior academic credentials and references.
- Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
- Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.
Nice To Haves
- Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in the field of aviation.
- Technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences.
