About The Position
Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes boutique trial firm seeking a paralegal for its Employment Team in its New York office. The paralegal works one-to-one with an assigned attorney, supporting litigation matters and helping move cases forward. The firm is looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong follow-through and a thorough understanding of the legal process. The role may require overtime and travel as needed. Requirements
- At least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

- Employment litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
- Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and perform other assigned tasks.
