Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant civil litigation or personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files through the litigation phases.
- Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software.
- Gather and organize supporting documentation.
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties.
- Assist with depositions and witness preparation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare and manage trial exhibits.
- Ensure files progress efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
