About The Position

Fish & Richardson, an AmLaw 65 global IP firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to provide high-quality administrative and litigation support across its practices and case teams, ensuring seamless execution from matter inception through resolution. This role is ideal for a collaborative and detail-focused professional who leverages a deep understanding of litigation processes, technology systems, and research tools to manage case files, track critical deadlines, support attorneys and clients, and drive efficient, accurate, and confidential delivery of work that advances successful litigation outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in litigation or case management in the professional services industry
• An associate’s degree or higher in paralegal studies, legal administration, or a related field or 3+ years of on-the-job experience in a legal environment, preferably in litigation or case management in the professional services industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical skill
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, maintain organization across complex workloads, and adapt seamlessly to evolving demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive seamless communication across attorneys, clients, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment on case strategy, updates, and next steps.
• Own end-to-end case management, including repository creation, document organization, and oversight of filing workflows and compliance requirements.
• Execute high-quality legal deliverables by drafting, reviewing, cite-checking, and preparing documents and exhibits for accurate and timely filing.
• Orchestrate calendars, deadlines, and logistics, including depositions and expert coordination, while partnering closely with the Litigation Docketing Department to maintain workflow precision.
• Support litigation success end-to-end, contributing to discovery, trial preparation, billing accuracy, and operational improvements.
