About The Position
We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseload. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, energetic, self-starter with great customer service skills. Fast typing skills would be ideal, as we are a fully digital firm. Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Personal Injury litigation
- Verified litigation experience
- Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice and PACFile e-filing preferred
- Fast typing skills
Nice To Haves
- Philadelphia Complex Litigation Center experience a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
- Assist in trial preparation
