About The Position

We are a fast-growing law firm founded by a forward-thinking entrepreneurial lawyer. If you become part of our team, you will play an important role in helping us provide a compassionate and outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of litigation paralegal experience, knowledge of the civil litigation process from signing up a client to filing a petition, be able to draft pleadings, prepare discovery, write correspondence, meet with clients, be familiar with filing documents with the court, process service, and track and follow up on calendaring and deadlines. The ideal candidate MUST be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done, be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and have prior experience assisting with trials. The office uses PCs, Clio, and Microsoft OneDrive. The office is a paperless office. The ideal candidate will have used all of the above on a daily basis for 3 months or more. This firm is 100% committed to investing in and rewarding its people. The firm has an open environment where innovation and new ideas are wanted. A good idea is a good idea, and we want to hear from everyone. Higher performance will be awarded with higher compensation. This is a full-time position with quarterly bonuses based upon performance. All of our full-time positions are in-office 5 days a week. After 90 days, some hybrid options can be discussed.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of litigation paralegal experience.
