About The Position

RMWBH Law is hiring a Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of experience for its San Antonio office. The role supports litigation matters through investigation, legal research, case assessment, drafting and filing court documents, and case administration. Salary is commensurate with experience, and the position is eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus.

Requirements

At least three years of experience.
Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, and related practices.
Experience with District and County Court systems.
Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Extensive computer and database expertise.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments.
Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court.
Calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, and manage case logistics.
