Litigation Paralegal
About The Position
Greenberg Gross LLP, a high-stakes boutique trial firm, is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal for its Employment Team in its newly opened New York office. The firm is growing rapidly and seeks a paralegal with a thorough understanding of the legal process, strong follow-through, and a collaborative approach. Paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney and have the opportunity to serve as that attorney’s right hand. The role supports litigation matters from pleadings and discovery through trial preparation, including case-file and electronic-discovery management, legal and factual research, and communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Overtime and travel may be required as needed. The firm offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
- Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and perform other assigned tasks.
