About The Position

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join a client’s personal injury practice in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, in-office position. The paralegal will manage a docket of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception through trial, including auto, trucking, and premises liability cases. Salary is $80,000–$95,000. AMS Staffing, Inc. states that it will pay a $500 referral fee if a referred candidate is hired.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a reputable personal injury firm.
• Experience managing plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception to trial.
• Experience with personal injury matters including auto, trucking, and premises liability.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery.
• Coordinate experts.
• Obtain witness statements and reductions.
• Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Manage the litigation calendar.
• Manage a docket of personal injury matters from inception through trial.
