About The Position
An established personal injury law firm in Little Rock is adding an experienced paralegal to its litigation team. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys on cases from start to finish in a collaborative, team-focused setting. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and is based in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. The salary range is $50,000–$70,000, depending on experience, with excellent employer-paid benefits.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Familiarity with Arkansas state and federal court procedures and e-filing.
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced practice.
Nice To Haves
- Personal injury or plaintiff-side experience is a plus.
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with cases from start to finish, including drafting, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Collect and analyze records, and prepare case summaries and settlement materials.
- Track deadlines, calendars, and case files in a cloud-based case management system.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings.
- Prepare exhibits and trial materials, and assist in the courtroom.
