Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in litigation support or as a paralegal in a law firm.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing and managing case files and evidence.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies and motions.
• Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court officials to schedule interviews, depositions, and court appearances.
• Maintain and update case management databases to ensure accurate tracking of case progress and deadlines.
