About The Position
Established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to assist their trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will be able to handle each case from the beginning of the lawsuit through trial, including preparing and filing complaints, drafting correspondence and discovery, and trial preparation.
Requirements
- Proficiency w/Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Proficiency w/computers and technology
- Familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Experience in the personal injury field is preferred
