About The Position

The position supports compliance with court and legal-system requirements while improving administrative efficiency and managing outside-counsel costs. The role manages discovery and medical records; coordinates communications with witnesses, employees, experts, court personnel, and other external parties; and supports litigation through transcript indexing, dataset organization, corporate resolutions, witness outlines, and records-retention functions. It also manages litigation holds, internal data collection, searches, and e-discovery production, serving as a liaison between Legal and IT. It maintains matter files, lists, dashboards, and metrics; administers CounselLink and outside-counsel billing and performance reporting; tracks deadlines; assists with class-action recoveries and settlements; and negotiates resolutions as directed by counsel. The role also identifies administrative bottlenecks and develops automated workflows using Google Workspace tools, in partnership with IT. The position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. It requires four days per week in the office for up to six months during training, after which the schedule may shift to three days in the office and two days remote. Most work occurs during normal business hours in a standard office environment, with frequent work outside normal business hours to meet litigation demands and support trials, hearings, or mediations.
