The Employment Law Group (TELG) is a plaintiff-side trial firm representing employees who stand up to wrongdoing in the workplace with practice areas including whistleblower, qui tam, and discrimination law. The Fellow role provides substantive project-based legal support to help busy litigation case teams with both day-to-day action items and mid-to-long term assignments. Working on a variety of litigation matters, the Fellows utilize an online database system to manage incoming project requests, to organize workflow, and to prioritize deadlines. The role requires significant collaboration, communication, and coordination within the Fellow team and with the litigation case teams. This fellowship aims to shape recent law school graduates into successful future litigators as they gain valuable hands-on legal experience and learn the inner workings of a busy litigation firm. Throughout their tenure, Fellows will grow their lawyering skills exponentially, including but not limited to persuasive and effective writing, clear and concise communication, client billing, and case strategy. TELG supports this development with a thorough orientation onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship from Principals and Associates.
