About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Santa Ana, CA area for a Litigation Attorney with experience in Business/Corporate litigation. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including insurance benefits, 401k, PTO, and other great perks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Corporate Litigation experience
- Strong experience litigating Employment disputes (employer side) including Wrongful Termination, Allegations, Wage Disputes, Discrimination and Harassment, etc.
- Demonstrated experience litigating issues involving Trade Secrets, Corporate Dissolutions, Non-Competition issues, Shareholder disputes, Corporate Governance, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, or Fraudulent Transfers
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School
- California Bar admission
