Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. We are seeking an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join our renowned California toxic tort team (focus on asbestos and talc cases). The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. This is a position for a top-notch candidate with a solid start to their practice. This position is hybrid with flexibility on in office vs. remote days.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
- Must be admitted to practice in CA
- 4-7 years of defense litigation experience
- Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
