Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring civil litigation attorneys for associate and senior attorney roles on its nationally acclaimed appellate team. The firm has openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all of its California offices. It welcomes attorneys at any experience level who can think, write, and argue, and who want to develop their litigation careers in a collaborative and inclusive firm culture. Attorneys receive training, development, and mentoring, and may pursue leadership roles and partnership, including equity partnership. Promotion is based on the ability to do great work and fit the firm’s culture, rather than on business development. The position offers a base salary of $115,000 to $200,000, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
