Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is hiring associate and senior attorneys for its nationally acclaimed appellate team. The firm has openings in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices, and is open to attorneys at any experience level who can think, write, and argue. The role offers opportunities to work with accomplished attorneys, receive mentoring and training through a dedicated training and development team, contribute to an inclusive and respectful culture, and develop a legal career. The firm describes a realistic partnership and equity partnership track, with partnership eligibility for all attorneys and promotion based on work quality and cultural fit rather than business development. Compensation is $115,000–$200,000 in base pay, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses. The organization participates in E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
