About The Position

Kahana Feld is hiring civil litigation attorneys for associate and senior attorney roles on its nationally acclaimed appellate team. Openings are available in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices. The firm seeks lawyers at any experience level who can think, write, and argue, and who are interested in developing their litigation careers in a collaborative, inclusive workplace with a strong emphasis on mentorship and training.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $115,000–$200,000, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses. The organization participates in E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
• Excellent references and a record of job stability.
• Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing.
• New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
