Litigation Associate Attorney – Appellate (Hybrid)
About The Position
Kahana Feld is seeking skilled civil litigation attorneys for associate or senior attorney roles on its nationally acclaimed appellate team. Openings are available in New York City, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and all California offices. The firm welcomes attorneys at any experience level who can think, write, and argue, and who are interested in building a litigation career in a supportive firm culture. Attorneys have opportunities to work with experienced colleagues, receive training and mentoring from a dedicated training and development team, contribute to an inclusive and respectful workplace, and develop their careers. The firm offers leadership opportunities across its offices and a partnership track, including equity and non-equity partnership. Promotion is based on work and cultural fit rather than business development. Compensation is $115,000–$200,000 in base pay, plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Civil litigation background or experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to monitor trials.
- Excellent references and a record of job stability.
- Membership in the appropriate state bar in good standing. New Jersey- and Connecticut-barred attorneys will also be considered for the New York City office.
