About The Position

This role is for a Litigation Attorney in Shreveport, LA. The salary is dependent on experience. The work environment is on-site and it is a full-time position. Louisiana Bar Admission is required.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of relevant litigation experience, ideally within Labor & Employment, Construction, or Commercial Litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials with significant writing experience demonstrated through law review or clerkship work, supported by strong references.
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and matters.
• Desire to further develop client and referral relationships.
• Track record of high achievement.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments involving high-profile, high-stakes litigation.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Active Louisiana bar license required.
