About The Position
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in general liability, toxic tort, and construction to join their growing and dynamic legal team in San Diego. This role offers the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state and take careers to the next level. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on responsibility, independently handle GL/business cases, and tackle complex issues. Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial is desired.
