About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has immediate openings for Toxic Tort Attorneys in its Orange County office. This position involves all facets and phases of litigation, with an emphasis on management of asbestos and silica litigation. Depending on the candidate, remote work may be an option. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California. Requirements
- 3+ years of general liability, silica defense, and/or asbestos defense experience
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
- Solid knowledge of counseling and litigation
- Ability to handle significant client contact in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent academic background with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Committed to superior client service
